How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, are usually sent the same day. Then, typically:
- UK: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- USA: 3 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days
How do I track my parcel?
We email your tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can also find your order to see where it's up to.

How much is delivery?
Tents ship free to the UK mainland. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland has a charge, which you'll see at checkout. For everything else, see our delivery page.

Our warehouse in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Send us a message before you order and we'll arrange it.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Often, yes. Send us a message with your order number and the date you'd like.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to most countries. Delivery and any customs or import fees are worked out at checkout on our website. If your country isn't listed, send us a message.
My parcel is lost or damaged. What do I do?
Find your order and choose Report a fault or Missing parts or items, so we can sort it as quickly as possible.
